Common questions

How do I create a review?
Tap the compose button on the home screen, search for the concert or artist, fill in your rating and notes, and optionally attach up to 3 photos or videos. Tap "Post" when you're ready.
Can I edit or delete a review after posting?
Yes. Open the review from your profile, tap the options menu (three dots), and choose "Edit" or "Delete".
How does the video clip length limit work?
Videos attached to reviews are limited to 10 seconds. If you select a longer video the app will open a trimmer so you can choose the exact clip you want to use.
How do I find and follow friends?
Go to the Search tab and search by name or username. Tap a profile and then tap "Follow". Their reviews will appear in your home feed.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile, open Settings, and choose "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. If you have trouble, email us at info@konzertcheck.com.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email us at info@konzertcheck.com from the address associated with your account and we will send you an export of your data within 30 days.
The concert I attended is not in the database. What should I do?
You can log a review without a linked concert event by entering the artist name manually. We pull concert data from Ticketmaster; if a show is missing it may not have been listed there.
Is KonzertCheck available on Android?
An iOS version is launching first. Android support is planned. Sign up for updates at info@konzertcheck.com.
