A Songkick alternative that also remembers the show

Songkick is good at one job: telling you when a band you like is coming to town. KonzertCheck does a version of that job and then keeps going after the show, with a score, your photos and the friends you went with.

What happened to Songkick

In November 2025 Warner Music Group sold Songkick to the AI music company Suno, as part of a wider settlement and licensing deal. Songkick's own FAQ says the service is not shutting down and that accounts and data move to Suno, which becomes the controller of that data. Some fans are fine with that, and some have been looking around. If you are one of the second group, here is what switching to KonzertCheck gets you and what it does not.

What you get

Concerts near you. Over 45,000 upcoming concerts from Ticketmaster and See Tickets, sorted by distance. When a show is sold by both, it appears once with both buy links, so you can pick the seller. Browse by city.
Alerts for artists you would see again. Rate a show, say you would go again, and you hear about that artist's next show nearby.
A wishlist and plans with friends. Save shows you are thinking about, mark yourself as going, and invite friends, who can accept or decline in the app.
A diary for afterwards. Score the show out of 10, attach up to three photos or videos, add the setlist, and tag who you went with.
A feed of what friends rated. The best way to decide if a band is worth it live is what someone you trust gave them last month.

What you do not get (yet)

Alerts for every artist you stream. KonzertCheck does not connect to Spotify or Apple Music; its alerts come from your own reviews.
An import of your Songkick history. You can add past shows with any date, but there is no one-tap import.
A web version. KonzertCheck is on iPhone and Android only.
Worldwide listings. Coverage is strongest in the UK, the US and Germany.

What happened to Songkick?

Does KonzertCheck alert me when artists announce tours?

Yes, for artists you said you would see again in a review: when one of them announces a show near you, you get a notification. It is narrower than Songkick's alerts, which follow every artist you track or stream.

Which countries does KonzertCheck list concerts for?

The largest coverage is the UK, the United States and Germany, from Ticketmaster and See Tickets, with smaller numbers elsewhere in Europe. In Germany the app can also send you to Eventim's results for an artist. How listings work.
